§1 prices
The quoted prices contain the legal value added tax of the respective countries.
§2 shipping costs
The stated shipping costs in the Scoopjet® Store are only Intended for orientation. If it is possible to combine ordered products, the shipping costs stated too high will be remitted .
§3 delivery
For all products the delivery time takes 1-2 business days. Orders which are received until 01:00 pm will be shipped on the same day. All orders are shipped with DPD. Deliveries are made from monday - friday.
§4 order process and contract
Only legally competent persons can order with us. We ship only to addresses within Germany, Austria, Italy and France, other countries on request. After ordering online you will receive an order confirmation.
§5 payment term and delay
If the goods are not paid for by credit card , PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Sofortüberweisung.de or other payment partners, but on invoice, the purchase price has to be paid within 7 days after delivery. Default interest shall be added with the amount of 8 percent per annum above the base rate. The right to claim higher damages is reserved.
§6 Right of revocation
You can cancel your contract without giving reasons within 14 days in written form, by letter, fax , e-mail (welcome(AT)scoop-jet.com) or by returning the goods.
For the revocation period , the timely dispatch of the cancellation or the goods is sufficient . The revocation must be sent to:

Effects of revocation
In the case of an effective return the mutually received benefits are to be returned and any benefits ( eg benefits ) surrendered. In case of deterioration of the goods , compensation can be Demanded. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods to Their examination - is due - as it would have been possible in a retail store.
In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation, by the proper use of the commodity, by not using the goods as your own property and refrain from doing anything which reduces their value. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of the goods or the withdrawal request , for us with their receipt. You have to bear the cost of returning.
§7 Reservation of title
All delivered goods remain our property until their complete payment.

To process your order, we store your address and order-related data. Use of personal data Personal data will only be collected by us and only to the extent, as you provide us in an agreement. In particular, we use this personal data for purposes of advertising / market research and design of our services, but only if you have expressly given us your consent. You always have a right of withdrawal in terms of members consent. We transfer your data to third parties without your consent only if we are legally obliged to do. §9 Purview
The closed supply agreements with us are subject to German law in all cases. As far as both parties are registered traders, the District Court in Essen is the choice of jurisdiction.
